Welcome! I have worked in the behavioral health field for over a decade within home, community and school based settings. I provide a comfortable space for adults to express their thoughts and feelings. Additionally, I love working with children and adolescents using creative approaches to facilitate the therapy process like arts and crafts, and games. Therapy can help children learn to cope with life challenges, and teach children how to express themselves in a positive way. For adolescents, therapy can be a safe place to discuss concerns and develop plans for positive growth.
