Many people who work well with me are those who found previous therapy to be too dry and uninvolved. Others are curious about working somatically and seek me out for that. Therapy is challenging, vulnerable work and it does not stop when a given session ends. The way you engage with yourself – your dreams, the art you make or are drawn to, and of course the way you participate in relationships are all things that deserve attention and fuel your ability to participate well in therapy. I enjoy working with folks who take this to heart, are genuinely curious about how they've come to be this way, and are ready to invest in change.
