I help people with a variety of issues including relational and marriage issues, teen and family issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar one and two, drug and alcohol recovery. I am a experienced therapist (over 25 years) and can usually get to the heart of an issue fairly quickly. I often tell my clients that I care how they feel, but I also care about taking them somewhere. Over half of my client load at any given time is referral based, meaning someone was helped by me and told someone else. My specialty is relational, marital, and family counseling. My graduate work is in Family Systems Therapy, which is a big picture type of therapy where we examine all the connections in a persons life and discover where they are at and how we can change things.
