I'm passionate about working with teenagers, adults, and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and challenges adjusting to new chapters in life. I am an openly queer therapist, and often work with queer and trans people. I completed degrees in Social Work and Religion, which allows me to explore spirituality & deconstruction with people who find that exploration helpful, including atheists. I don't assume I know the "right" answer for all people, and I'm grateful to accompany the exploration. I've studied Internal Family System, DBT, & chaplaincy. I offer premarital, individual, & couples sessions. I have worked in schools, psychiatric & medical hospitals, and progressive faith communities, with people experiencing adjustment challenges, suicidal thoughts, and chronic illnesses.
