I call myself the "Perfect Starter Therapist". If you've never been to therapy and are a bit nervous, I am the support you need. I am here to support my clients by setting appropriate boundaries, providing trauma informed care and learning the tools to advocate for yourself and continuous development of self awareness. Though I help in a variety of mental health and personal life challenges, I enjoy collaborating and challenging my clients to develop healthier life patterns and breaking the cycle of unhealthy patterns often developed throughout generations.
