Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, lonely, stuck, or worn down from holding things together for too long. Something inside knows it needs attention. I help people slow down, listen more closely to themselves, and understand what’s really driving their thoughts, emotions, and reactions, so life can feel more manageable and meaningful again. I work with adults, teens, and couples, and I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues. My approach is based on somatic therapy, parts work, and emotion-focused methods. We look at patterns that keep you stuck, learn how your nervous system responds to stress, and build practical ways to feel safer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and others.
