As a queer-identifying psychotherapist, I offer an inherent understanding of the unique relational and systemic challenges faced by many. I have experience in supporting individuals and groups navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, dependency, ADD/ADHD, complex relationships, and substance use. These concerns often manifest as a profound loss of self-control, feelings of alienation, difficulties in establishing affirming relationships, and maladaptive patterns with family, friends, work, or self.
