I work with adults and adolescents in Great Barrington and throughout the Berkshires who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and major life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — unsure why patterns keep repeating or why things don’t feel better despite their efforts. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful change. My approach focuses on helping clients develop deeper insight, emotional understanding, and a stronger sense of self.
