What season do you find yourself in? Difficult times and seasons in life inevitably come, and it's important to have a listening ear, someone to care for you, to gently ask those difficult questions, to sit with you in your hardship and help you find clarity and fight for your future. I have a passion to meet this need for my clients, to create a place where you can come without judgement and know that someone is willing to come alongside you, create a plan, and journey with you towards healing, restoration and growth. ​ I am a Certified EMDR Therapist (a method to help people alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories) as well as EFT Trained Therapist (a method which helps couples restore their relationship). I have a passion to work with couples, first responders, military, people who experienced trauma in their lives, clergy, and leaders.
