About
I can’t tell you what will happen in therapy. The best therapy will surprise us both. I consider therapy an adventure. It will be challenging at times, but also bring insights, wonder, and joy. Along the way, I encourage play, delight, and humor. If therapy doesn’t feel good, we won’t want to keep going. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction, particularly among highly creative individuals. I also see couples, often those exploring nonmonogamy, or repairing infidelity. I don't have a map, but we'll face the unknown together. And as we tap into spontaneity, creativity and our connection, you will find your way. I’m drawn to somatic and experiential practices such as IFS, psychodrama, and Brainspotting. We will spend as much time with your strengths as your wounds, and focus more on solutions than problems. Therapy, like any good adventure, should have an ending. Take the gold with you. It was yours all along. Therapy just reminded you where you buried it.
