I am a licensed mental health Counselor based in Jacksonville, Florida. My statewide clients range in age from teens to seniors and have challenges with anxiety, stress, and depression. I aim to help clients mirror their actual selves with their ideal selves. My Approach to therapy is client, but I mostly use person-centered therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I also believe in a Holistic approach, which incorporates the total person.
