I am a psychotherapist who works from a relational psychodynamic perspective; I collaborate with clients to explore and narrate who, how, and why you are - aiming for a richer experience of your life. Broadly speaking, my approach is to help you foster a curiosity about and relationship with the various (and often disparate) aspects of your experience. My style is authentic, warm, and accepting, which helps provide a space where you can become comfortable to eventually venture into the deeply uncomfortable to enable growth and change.
