As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Link Care Counseling Center, I specialize in working with individuals, children, couples, and families experiencing difficulty in adjusting to life changes and transitions, anxiety, depression, family conflict, race-related issues. I have completed additional training in trauma as it relates to migration, racial identity and sexual trauma, EFT (externship), and Gottman Couples Therapy. I strive to offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals and couples have space to explore and process the stressors within family, parenting, and trauma (past and present). I primarily work from a psychodynamic, attachment-focused, contextual family therapy approach that explores our interpersonal and intrapersonal conflict to promote healing and a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
