Life feels overwhelming when your mind is racing, past experiences won’t let go, or anxiety makes every day exhausting. I support teens (14+) and adults navigating ADHD, ASD, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Many clients come to me feeling misunderstood or “too much.” My approach is warm, grounding, and nonjudgmental, helping you slow down, make sense of your emotions, and build tools that truly fit your life.
