Welcome, so glad you're here! My name is Bri..I currently have openings for new clients for telehealth only. In my practice I find it most important to create an inviting and safe space for you to come as you are. With a person centered and strengths-based approach (alongside a sense of humor), my goal is to help guide you to identify/process your emotions while fostering healing, resilience and change (where desired)! To me, the foundation of the work is in the relationship we build together so an open dialogue about what's working and what might not be working is always welcomed here!
