Wellness has many dimensions; my life’s intention is to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to be able to support others in their efforts to be well in their bodies, minds, and hearts. I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, body image issues, and/ or eating disorders. As a yoga teacher, I offer a space for people to explore and strengthen their relationship with their bodies. As a counseling intern, I offer a space for people to explore and nourish their relationship with their minds.
