As a therapist, I enjoy supporting individuals navigating major life transitions, living with ADHD, breaking free from people-pleasing, or healing from the lasting effects of growing up with emotionally immature parents. I’m passionate about helping people deepen their understanding of themselves—uncovering the "why" behind their patterns and experiences—and working together to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. It's incredibly meaningful to me to guide clients in learning how to communicate their needs and invite the kind of love and connection they truly deserve.
