Life can be a beautiful, enriching journey, but it also can be wrought with hardship, loss, and pain. Being seen and feeling heard by a safe person who cares can be extremely powerful and healing. I believe in building a relationship with my clients where they feel safe and accepted, yet challenged to grow. I have years of experience working with individuals with various challenges including depression, anxiety, addictions, abuse, trauma, grief, and broken relationships. I believe that no two people are the same and that everyone deserves to be known and treated individually.
