I specialize in working with people of color and/ or queer folks. I have extensive training in helping folks navigate life shifts and am passionate about assisting people with depression and anxiety, especially in the face of anticipated and unanticipated life changes. I enjoy working with folks who have felt as though others “dont get it” and building up resilience skills for this world we live in. Together, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. We will center your experience in therapy and make sure you are talking/ working on the things that you want. Additionally, we make sure you feel empowered to discuss anything that may be concerning you. Once we have that rapport established, we will explore and understand what is happening.
