Struggling with anxiety, depression, or life transitions? I’m Brian, a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey with a passion for supporting adults, couples, and groups. I help clients navigate OCD, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, faith concerns, and the adjustments of adulthood. When desired, I integrate Christian faith into therapy to provide personalized guidance. Together, we’ll work in a supportive, understanding environment to build coping skills, insight, and resilience for meaningful growth and positive change. In sessions, I use a reflective, collaborative approach to help clients gain clarity on confusing thoughts and emotions.
