Hi there, I'm Brian! My name is Brian Aldrich. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Long Beach, California, and working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with adults on various issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to help my clients improve their everyday life. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of the client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together with my client, we work together to move the client forward in a positive and healthy way.
