I have worked with a variety of issues since I began clinical work. My ideal client is adult aged and looking to work on issues of the self. I enjoy working with people with trauma, depression, anxiety and ADHD. My personal niche in therapy is post traumatic stress. I come from a military background and have a unique interest in helping people to overcome thoughts that are intrusive to find peace and wellness. I have worked with adult survivors of childhood sexual/emotional/physical abuse as well as combat veterans.
