Do you ever feel like it is all too much to handle? Are you anxious, sad, or feeling down about your self-worth? Regardless of who we are or where we come from the challenges life throws at us can often make us feel that it is all too much to handle. If you are feeling this way I can navigate these struggles with you. I practice in the Northbrook and Chicagoland area and I provide individual therapy to individuals ages 10 and up who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, specific phobias, relationship issues, and trauma.
