I help couples in conflict who want to get to a better place. I enjoy working with spouses and parents in challenging family situations to help them find clarity and resolution. I offer a practical approach with usable feedback and guidance. We spend less time talking about the past or who is to blame, and more time talking about what you can do about it, now. My work with clients is compassionate and direct. I’m not afraid to call out behaviors that are harming the relationship. You will learn how to quickly move back into connection. Most of my work is in two main areas: Couples Counseling - for adults in committed relationships who want the skills and understanding to get back into closer connection, and Discernment Counseling - for couples who are stuck or confused about whether marriage or divorce is the right path forward.
