I have extensive experience in numerous therapeutic techniques and am oriented as a family-systems therapist. I am also a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I help my clients to: proactively manage themselves; identify and implement new behaviors that dissolve negative patterns; and provide guidance and support as the new, positive patterns are cemented. I work most effectively with: Individuals; Couples; and Families. I help my clients set realistic treatment goals so they can quickly see the results they desire.
