I have worked with individual men and women dealing with a wide range of struggles. Some of the struggles that I have helped clients with include depression, anxiety, addiction to multiple different substances, borderline personality disorder and other personality disorders, and co-dependency. I also have a lot of experience working with couples as well. I have helped couples work through and heal from infidelity, addiction to various substances, conflict management, and improving communication skills.
