I believe in the power of healing and the ability of everyone to be able to overcome trauma and adversity. Having previously served in the military and first responder, I am dedicated to the service of others with a humanistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. My passion is in helping others heal from the effects of trauma and the many other obstacles that life will present. Often times the hardest step is the first step, and I want to take that step with you.
