In life, we have to wear different masks. We are a certain person at work. We are a certain person at home. We are a certain person depending upon who we are around. Those masks are necessary to function. They are simply a part of life. In counseling, we get the awesome opportunity to be honest with ourselves. We get to try on different masks. We get to think about our lives from different perspectives. I have over twenty-five years of experience helping people view life through different perspectives and try on various masks as they work towards being honest with their selves.
