I offer my skills to anyone ready to engage in their best self-care, and appropriate time for therapy in one’s pursuit of healing, restorative emotional health, and joy. The therapeutic journey can hasten one’s emotional insight and maturity, and help claim life’s best qualities more purposefully. I believe the therapeutic process is about rediscovery. The “true self” that remains a constant in each of us, has been shrouded in pain and trauma. Yet, it has never receded, nor lost its energy and intention. It can emerge to overcome the negative variances that hinder our mind and heart; and, our capacity for emotional stasis and joy can return.
