I help people with trauma, anxiety, depression and substance use issues. Oftentimes these problems emerge from a mix of sources that require more than one type of therapy to address. My approach combines developing tools and skills to help cope and change behaviors, identifying and changing unhelpful beliefs or thinking patterns, connecting with your feelings and emotions to be more self aware and know when you need to use the coping tools, working through your unique history to update the stories you have about yourself and your life, and reprocessing the painful memories and emotions that you may have been holding for years.
