Hello! I feel truly honored to do this work, joining clients on their healing journey. I specialize in anxiety, addiction, trauma, complex trauma, and ADHD coaching. I also help with depression and relational problems. I work from an attachment perspective (AEDP) and have advanced training in Somatic Experiencing. The goal is to not only expand insight, but also healthy emotion processing. This is necessarily a relational journey with self and a safe other. At the core of my approach and personality is warmth, curiosity, acceptance and creativity. I have years of experience helping clients make strides in their healing journey. I have advanced training and never stop reading :-) Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, EMDR, IFS, and behavioral and cognitive. These approaches help heal negative emotion by expanding the experience of safe connection with self and other. I also provide practical tools you can actually use.
