My ideal clients are adults who have experienced relational trauma and feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or a sense of belonging. Many are reflective, capable, and high-functioning, yet find longstanding patterns repeating in relationships or nervous system overwhelm. Some feel distanced from ancestry or lineage due to harm within the present family system. They are seeking thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy that supports integration and meaning over time—not just symptom relief.
