Brian earned his Master's in Social Work from University of Michigan in 1998, where he specialized in working with children, youth & families. At UofM he began his journey into the treatment of trauma, abuse & neglect under the direction of Kathleen Faller & Laura Sanders. He had the deep privilege of being supervised post graduate under the direction of Laura Sanders’ eclectic approach, integrating traditional & non traditional methods including sensorimotor, attachment, activity, movement, art, ceremony & play. Over 30 years in mental health field he has refined & expanded his knowledge & skill trauma & stress related disorders
