I’m Brian Rink, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington, DC, and Virginia. I specialize in helping men—gay or straight—who struggle with emotions, relationships, and connection. Many of my patients are high-achieving and capable, yet feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to express their feelings. I help men develop emotional awareness, improve communication, and build more meaningful relationships. I also work with all genders on issues of Sex Therapy, Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain, Depression and mood disorders. Here I focus on self compassion, self-acceptance, and self-exploration.
