Searching for a new therapist can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time, have tried it in the past, or feel like a change, beginning this journey with someone new can be intimidating. My goal is to make this transition as smooth and comfortable as possible, and yes, even enjoyable. While therapy can be challenging, it also offers moments of profound growth and self-discovery, and that can be really exciting. I have been dedicated to the mental health field since 2007, working extensively in PHP and IOP programs before moving into a high school-based setting and private practice.
