I like working with people in late adolescence through young adulthood and walking with them as they navigate whatever they are facing—all the new and the old that tend to pop up at that age. I also enjoy working with parents of teenagers, young couples, and people in the education and helping professions. I often work with people struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, burnout, and stress and who are looking to discover something new about themselves.
