Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to review my Bio. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia and an approved Tele-Mental Health provider in Florida. I have been providing counseling for 18-years, and have worked in the field of mental health and substance use for 21-years. My approach is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which includes developing a treatment plan to determine how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors may be affecting your overall emotional, psychological and physical well-being. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in many different capacities.
