Thank you for considering me as a partner in your healing process. I often work with people in transition related to their relationships, identities, careers, or values. This can look like navigating personal freedom and closeness in relationships, healing from early emotional abandonment, betrayal, disruption with caregivers, experiencing somatic symptoms, such as, but not limited to, freeze, numbness, chronic tension, disembodiment, or struggling to find belonging in environments that don't reflect your values. I find myself working with people whose intention is learning to stay in connection during discomfort.
