I specialize in treating the root of the problem to overcome whatever might be keeping you stuck. My hope is that as we work together, you feel more empowered to make decisions that allow you to become the most authentic and aligned version of yourself. Our most basic and fundamental need as humans is to be seen and heard; unfortunately, many of us don’t get to experience that. As life progresses, we become disconnected and withdrawn but more specifically, we become disconnected from ourselves.
