My ideal client is someone who is looking to make a change and is willing to step out of their comfort zone. I love helping someone navigate uncomfortable areas of themselves in order to bring about growth and positive change. I am trained in CBT, REBT and DBT. However, I love to take a holistic approach with my clients and use the most appropriate method for them as an individual. I will sometime suggest, Eco-therapy, Reality therapy or Motivational Interviewing if it is appropriate.
