If you're in the midst of a crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or stuck in the same pattern of hurts, habits, and hang ups - I can help. Change is possible. There is hope. You don't have to go through it alone not knowing what to do. In my practice I see couples, individuals, and teens. I help couples improve communication and end old patterns of disappointment, criticism, and withdrawal. I meet with men and women and work though a variety of issues especially: anxiety, hopelessness, stress, grief and loss, addictions, and conflict. What's it like working with me? My approach is down-to-earth, practical, and professional. I'm an ordinary guy with a lot of experience, expertise, and education. I know what works in counseling and what doesn't. It's a safe place.
