The ideal client is the one who understands they need help with their addiction and finds different ways to reach out for assistance. This clinician role in helping clients to fight addiction and return them to living a substance free lifestyle. The goal is to stabilize the client, during their addiction and make progress during therapy to reduce/eliminate the urges and cravings that are associate with substance use. This clinician wants his clients to know, and understand they are in a safe, open environment, free from stigma, judgement or shame. Every client is welcomed with a smile and a motivated and determined clinician.
