As an experienced Somatic Experiencing practitioner, educator, and coach, I've seen the positive impact this modality has had on many individuals. As a fifth-degree black belt in Aikido, I can help you practice and discover how to strengthen your own center and ground, increasing your experience of balance and stability. Since earning a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology in 2003 I've worked with corporations, and individuals in various settings bringing the exploration of the intersection of the body, mind, and spirit to people of all backgrounds.
