My specialty areas include life transition, LGBTQ+, identity issues (social/sexual/gender/career/creative), & men's issues. I utilize ACT/CBT concepts/skills & a person-centered framework to help my clients make change & move forward. My goal is to help you create a life more authentically aligned with your chosen values.
