I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults (including those on the Autism Spectrum) and their families for thirteen years. My focus is on helping them with anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, school difficulties and a variety of issues. I take a personalized, strengths based, solutions focused approach using techniques designed to best suit the individual. I believe the adolescent today faces many challenges, some timeless and others unique to this generation. My goal for clients in therapy is to help foster growth from adversity, in a relaxed and nonjudgmental environment.
