My approach is rooted in compassion, dignity, and service, values inspired by both personal and professional experiences. After serving in the military and mentoring youth, I earned my MSW in 2013. Since then, I’ve worked with immigrant families, child protection, addiction recovery, and in-home counseling. I aim to create a safe, respectful space where your beliefs and goals are honored as we work toward resilience and growth. Your journey matters, and you have the strength to thrive. I use a Solution-Focused approach to highlight your strengths and create steps toward your goals. CBT techniques can be integrated to help you explore thoughts and feelings, gain fresh insights, and develop strategies that empower you to overcome stress and anxiety with confidence.
