So many of my clients come to therapy because of the ways in which depression, anxiety, and trauma have kept them from finding connection in an increasingly isolated world. Our first exploration in the therapy room centers around working together to come fully into relationship with your environment and yourself. While incorporating practical tools for behavioral change and emotional growth, I utilize several integrated clinical approaches to tailor therapy to each individual who walks through my door.
