Mental health is health. It is a human experience and feelings are universal. I believe that everyone is trying their best with the information they have. The events, situations, and trauma you have been through, do not have to define you. I'm here to help you reduce the suffering attached to those memories and empower you. I have been working in the mental health field since 2012. I began my career working in a psychiatric inpatient hospital where I was exposed to various mood disorders and crisis management. Next, I began working in PHP/IOP programs with various populations including Young Adult, Dual Diagnosis, and Men's Trauma.
