You're not here for a pep talk. You're here to change. I work with adults around relationships, dating, sex, money, work, and the habits that keep repeating — especially when anxiety, depression, alcohol, or other coping patterns start getting in the way. Sex and intimacy matter here: desire, fantasy, kink, identity, and the impact they have on your life and relationships. I also work with teens navigating sexuality or identity, and with their parents who want to understand and support them better. I ask direct questions and stay curious. We don't dance around the hard stuff. I notice what you say, what you don't, and where you get stuck. We slow down, see how it connects, then work with what we find. We're after actual change — the kind that shows up in your life between sessions, not just insight you nod at and forget.
