My name is Briana Darby and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Montclair State University. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults, coping with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, school-related issues, trauma, relational and life stage transitions. I provide individual and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches such as dialectical-behavior interventions, cognitive-behavior interventions, and strategic-family approaches to help individuals and families reach their goals.
